Where do the listings come from?−
Non-vetted listings are compiled from publicly available records and review platforms. Firms can't edit or remove them. The only way to manage a listing is to get vetted.
Is it free to use?−
Yes, always. Vetted partners pay to be featured, which is what keeps the site free for you.
Can a firm pay for the vetted badge?−
No. Firms pay before vetting starts, but payment never buys the outcome: not every firm passes, and firms that don't pass get a full refund. Badges get pulled if standards slip.
